Great getaway spot!

Had a nice stay here! The location was perfect, just a stroll to the village. The pool area was super relaxing, and Francesco was an awesome host—really friendly and helpful! Breakfast had great local bread 🥖, but the parking entrance is a bit tight if you’ve got a bigger car.

The charming decor truly captures Tuscany's allure, with classic furnishings that made me feel at home. The layout is easily navigable, ensuring comfort and accessibility for senior guests like myself, enhancing the overall experience.

Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality

I had a wonderful time during my 3-night stay, enjoying breathtaking views from the Torre room and indulging in a delightful breakfast with freshly baked pastries. The charming decor and warm ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. It's conveniently located near both Florence and Siena, which was perfect for exploring, but I wish the communal seating areas were more comfortable for relaxing.

This place suits me perfectly with nice rooms, free wi-fi, and delicious breakfast. The staff even helped me with the local taxi number on my first stay. Francesco is so charming and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Villa Cristina in Castellina in Chianti had a great location, just a short walk from the village. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, and the pool area looked inviting. My room was spacious with breathtaking views of the countryside. Breakfast featured delicious pastries, and Francesco prepared my coffee, which was a nice touch. However, checking in was a hassle. There was no one at the counter when I arrived, and I had to contact someone via WhatsApp for the room code. The room was very hot, lacking proper ventilation. WiFi didn’t work well in my room, making it difficult to connect. A little heads-up about the check-in process would have helped. Despite these issues, the charm and overall vibe of the place were appealing. I'd recommend it for its scenic surroundings, but be prepared for the potential inconvenience at check-in.

The cozy decor in my double room was lovely, and I really enjoyed the fantastic breakfast spread. There are great spots to relax by the lovely pool and under the sun loungers in the garden. Only downside was the check-in process could have been smoother, but overall, I had a wonderful stay! 😊

I loved waking up to the amazing view overlooking the hills and vineyards, and the close proximity to attractions like the Etruscan Tomb at Monte Calvario made for perfect weekend strolls through the heart of Chianti.
